Form D — Terms of Indemnification

1. Lekky Express Loan operates on the understanding that our customers are trustworthy and responsible individuals.

2. Lekky Express Loan will handle item(s) submitted as pledges with the utmost care and responsibility during the period of pledge and before redemption.

3. Lekky Express Loan hereby exempts itself from any liability for any damages to the item pledged that was identified or not identified while filling the item description section.

4. Lekky Express Loan will not be responsible for any maintenance, repairs, or replacement of any parts or whole of any pledged item during and after the process of pawning.

5. Lekky Express Loan undertakes against the physical loss of the item pledged except in the case of an Act of God, criminal proceedings against the property by third parties, or personal insurance cover by the pawner.

6. The pawner hereby pledges to indemnify Lekky Express Loan against any form of claims, damages, or liability resulting from the pledge being in possession of Lekky Express Loan during and after the redemption period.

7. The physical and working condition of the pledged item remains the full responsibility of the Pawner during and after the pawn transaction.

8. Lekky Express Loan reserves the right to regularly make adjustments to the terms of this agreement with or without notice.
